Both partners can make use of the existing contacts, strategies, clients and communication tools by gaining new customers in a very efficient way.

In times of Internet and high speed communication, postal mail has become rare but attracts attention provided the fact it differentiates from the others. TPM-Network uses its large database of tourism contacts and offers full mailing service from creation to send out. It allows industry partners to receive updated information on your business without the need to request for it. Useful news can hence be distributed by the industry partners and follow additional information channels for higher distribution rates.

TPM-Network uses Public Relations (PR) in order to promote the clients product and build good relations with the public to create a positive corporate image. Press conferences are one of the most efficient ways to create publicity in a very structured way: with the right target clientele the best possible publicity can be achieved.

Sales Calls & Marketing Missions
Sales tours are an excellent promotion tool aiming at the maintenance and acquisition of contacts within the industry. TPM-Network will arrange individual meetings with relevant tour operators and/or travel agents in order to carry out trainings on products and services. This will lead to an increase in the number of experts on the specific product/service and helps agents to achieve higher sales volume. This would be for example a one week sales tour through Cologne , Munich , Berlin and Hamburg where prearranged sales meetings take place at the agent's office. Several operators will be visited each day in each city to optimise the sales volume. During the meetings presentations will be held and information material will be handed out to inform and push the product onto the market.
